- Capacity and capability building of select banks to enable them to provide profitable financial services to MSMEs/clusters/value chains.
- Customer Relationship Management [CRM] Training: roping in international consultant and training of Banker's.
- Risk Capital to MSMEs: Linking international Risk Capital experts to SIDBI Risk Capital Foundation [SRFC] who suggested strategies for deploying Risk Capital funds to MSMEs, proposed the ‘Business Partners Model’ for deploying Risk Capital as one of the alternative models and assisted SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd. [SVCL] on improving its internal processes and systems [some of the international best practices].
- Portfolio Analysis of CGTMSE:
- Training Financial Consultants: Training programmes for Financial Consultants in three regions of Delhi, Hyderabad and Indore through the training colleges of SBI and BoI. The trainings were well received.
- Assistance in developing additional financial services to MSME clients.
- Developing training and material and courses for bank staff in cooperation with Indian and foreign bankers training institutes viz. sectoral training.
- Conducting workshops, training, seminars etc. for bank staff.
- Assisting selected bank branches mitigate MSME lending risk and reducing transaction cost.
