A Project Review Committee (PRC), with a mandate to review the program has been constituted. The PRC comprises of: Chairman and Managing Director & Deputy Managing Director, SIDBI, Director, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, GoI ,Economic Adviser, DFID New Delhi, Senior Financial Sector Specialist, World Bank ,Programme Officer from KfW ,Second Secretary, German Embassy and General Manager, PMD, SIDBI.
Seven PRC meetings have been held till now.
The Project has received following milestones:

Detailed Monitoring & Evaluation framework for all interlinked components of this Project has been drawn up (logical framework) for review.

An inception report and detailed methodology for impact assessment and baseline instruments for result monitoring have been finalized.

PMD has appointed M/s JPS Associates (P) Ltd. for Monitoring & Evaluation of the Project to document the impact across various components. A detailed baseline report has already been submitted (INSERT LINK).

Project has engaged Foundation for
MSME Clusters for strengthening the interventions under BDS.
